Before calling Jack, we had had a torrid time partnering with a big nationwide agency - supposedly one of the best in the UK. They bounced us around 4 different agents in the local office, before leaving our sale in the hands of the most junior team member who was out of his depth. In desperation, I googled Jack having met him 5 years prior on a Crofton Park sale, to see if he was still in the area/industry. Within 24 hours, he came over and talked through his strategy.
